All Filming Shot's (Catwalk & Re-shoot, 'Charity Shop')

Journal Thursday 16th Decmeber 2010

Doing a re-shoot of the catwalk scene after school yesterday means all our filming is complete! Hopefully we won't feel that anymore needs to me re-shot. Tomorrow we break up for the christmas holidays so now all the filming is complete, we can come back to school and focus on our editing.

Journal 15th December 2010

We have decided to get what we need filmed in time to do re-shoots if they are needed and editing that we need to change the person who plays Lucy Star. Kathryn has put herself foward to take the role so yesterday in a free lesson we filmed Kathryn in the costume cupboard being Lucy Star and singing along to the song. All that is left now is the re-shoot for the catwalk scene, hopefully we can do that tomorrow after school.

Journal 13th December 2010

Today after school we stayed for just over an hour to start the filming of Lucy Star in the costume cupboard. We got some shots of her with some clothes, and will finish of that filming tomorrow when we have a free lesson to do some more in. We also have a double Media lesson tomorrow so we will spend this re-shooting some of the catwalk scene that we thought could be improved, and some footage was lost so now we have the time to easily re-shoot those sequences. Hopefully by the end of the week we will have the majority of filming done ready to edit.

Journal 3rd December 2010

On monday we got to film the whole catwalk scene with the 'clones'. It went really well and we are hoping to be able to edit and film the rest within the upcoming weeks.

In my opinion, I felt as though we had planned it all well, and stuck to our storyboard but changed in area's that we thought may look better, this helped as we got to film the entire scene in just over two hours after school. We took some costume and location shots when we were filming so I will upload those next.

The snow has stopped us filming anymore this week or being in school to edit. This means when we get back, we have two weeks to finish off filming and do all our editing, but I'm sure we will be able to complete it all on time.
